I would suggest that reviving fallen teammates should not cost your full turn. The problem is that the medic move basically doesn't really matter. Once you fall behind in a battle, there's no real way to turn it around, because the revive itself takes a full move. So once you're in the position in a battle where two of your team members are down, you'll only have one move in a turn regardless of what you do. This makes it almost impossible to come back in a battle, because there's probably a reason that you lost two guys in the first place. And if you're ahead, it's usually best to just let them stay down and finish the opponent off on your own.
