Is it correct that the Crystal aspect of Ocean at level 1 still has 75%/25% chance for Lesser/Potent? At least it says so in the tooltip; the other tooltips all say 67/33...

(Delurk) I like to be able to create Great Animals/Plants/Minerals so I go for that first. Swamp and Rock have two creation abilities, so I tend to give ambassadors 5 and 6 to them. It's also nice to unlock all the aspects ASAP, but I tend to overlook Monsoon, and Migrate is pretty useless IMHO. So,...
