Re: Suggestions for too-sensitive greed & insane armies

Completed the remaining Level 3 projects in a game: Noble, Industrial Revolution, Peaceful, Utopia, First World, Modern Physics, I prioritized Hunt/Predator right away and had 6 cities most of the game. I had to reload a few times after surprise wars. When a Great Project fails the Civ gets 4 greed ...

Uranium

So what's the best place to put the Uranium at? I have a Coffee/Papaya plantation but not sure if I should do C/C/U/C/C - or is it better to use minerals with uranium?

Re: Suggestions for too-sensitive greed & insane armies

How many cities did you have? I get Hunt and Predator right away but in the late game even with Danger keeping Greed in check, cities destroy each other and take out all the used resources - was going for 2000 tech and couldn't keep them from attacking each other. Trying to finish up the last few le...

Re: Display Current Max Resource in Project Overview

To go with this it would be really handy to show current Danger level as well. Right now, you will see the red arrows signifying increasing Greed even though Danger is preventing it from going up. This would be in the City view screen. Right now, I have to check each city one by one to make sure Gre...

Re: Greed butterzone

This will be a great change. Right now, if I have a city with 4 Greed I can prevent it from attacking with high Danger - but as soon as I reduce the Danger to enable Greed to go down, the city attacks. So, I'm stuck unless I just decide to let the Greed remain high.

Re: Improve Zoom

Yeah, that's it. I think I get finer control with the arrow keys but those are awkward to use. With the mouse I'm pretty much stuck with two zoom values it seems. The game does support an infinite number of zoom values doesn't it?

A Couple of Project Resource Bugs

In Laboratory.rsf - the Upgraded Lab says it gives extra research to Minerals but it's giving it to Plants instead

In Factory.rsf - the Upgraded Factory says Doubles the Specialization, but the two Rattlesnakes are not being doubled.

Re: Need help with lvl3 developments

I've been doing some of these in 30m or 60m games. For instance, Canyon City can be done in 60m so consider trying for 1 or maybe 2 of them in a shorter game. It's weird but I still haven't done the level 2 World Economy (Tea) yet. The "2 hour" games seem to take me 4+ hours to complete so it's hard...
