1-Hour challange: Gold

"Finish a 60-minutes Era with at list 5000 Prosperity. Cannot be met in Alt mode."

Hi all. I tried much... in particular: granted only mines from the beginning with the construction of 3 lvl. ambassadors. Trees + mines ... 4 level Ambassador - no result... People howl, or not enough time, or resources. In the best case i made 4400 prosperity.

Does anyone know of a good strategy to obtain this achievement?

All other I already received.

Did you try to use awe from certain mines, try to make new combinations.
What is your build with ambassador ? (For example, Rock Giant go with D(esert) + F(orest) + S(wamp) + D ; and Ocean Giant go with F + S + S + F)
With how many town do you play ?

No, I don't use awe. Did not really catch on how to apply it. Hm... many desert, of desert+forest. D+D+F... like that.

5-6 towns. Plan to do 1000 XP = 1 town, but take only 700-800, and war...

Try to get your giants with level 3 sources except swamp :
Rock Giant : D + S + D + S
Ocean Giant : S + S + D + A
Forest Giant : F + F + S + F
Swamp Giant : D + S + D + F

It allows you to play with danger (predator from Swamp) and get high value sources with the others.
Try to play with Awe, it allows you to give more resources at once to a town :)

Hello. Tried it. No result. It's bad algoritm for 1-hour GOLD challange, I think... Very difficult to do 3 gigats with level 3 at so short time. Only one, not more, or you must be an uber-clicker, and, after that, you have no time to bild. Game over. Or you can bild, but peoples don't have time to make 5000...

Get only ~ 2000-2500, 10 minutes to end, 1 village destroyed => 1500. No chance.

I think 2 things are really important:
* Farm your ambassadors early on to get 6 ambassadors really quickly and then destroy the villages that seems troublesome/need to be "warmarker-ed" later.
* Find a really good scaling combo so you might with 4/4/3/3 ambassadors. Like, Hemp and Phosphorus is available pretty quickly (3/2/2/2) and scales very well with a lot of awe. You could go more crazy with something big like Cardon Cactus or anything, but chances are you can't keep up with human development.

Also, pause a lot :P
