Game stopped working !!!

Hello i bought the game today from steam for like 5euros...
And everytime, when i try to open it.... it crashes !
I have taken a look at my XNA shit and all this i have the permissions, and the systemaquierments.....
So it should work but it is not working at all !
i feel kinda robbed...

If the game crashed, check the steam install directory :
"program files/Steam/steamapps/common/Reus/"
For a non-Steam install it should be in your installation folder
And copy past the error report it created. Thanks !

okay..... but there is no Error report at all....
Terraria is not working too so maybe its this XNA shit but i´ve done everything on the "known issues" Thread so yeah i dont know why it does not work for me :C.

Yeah, already done this......
So i´ve uninstalled everything.... terraria, Reus and The XNA stuff and I´ll reinstall it all.
I´ve found some "ancient" XNAVersions but after i´ve deleted them the game says that i hace to install framework first but ai cant couse of a bug so i just reinstall everything it might work, I´ll respond when its done

Well I tryed to reinstall my XNA Framework Client Profile but this does not work couse everytime i try to install it, it says there is a failure and the client will close now after this i have to press finish and then it stops working ...

Okay i´ve tryed to delete all my Framework versions but it does not work beacouse it says i need the permissions for it but i HAVE the permission for this !?

And if this not works i want my money back !

What is your OS ?
By the way, you bought the game on Steam, so you will have to ask Steam to give your money back.
