Big Texture Bug...

Post by SwedishTroller » Thu Jul 18, 2013 11:29 pm

So as you can see on the picture below everything looks like that and it's pretty much unplayable... I've updated all drivers on my computer and my graphic card is up to date. What can I do? Could I go into /steam/steamapps/common/reus and do something there???

There is a similar case.
Bas said it has to do with your drivers, take the time to read the topic linked above.
What is your OS ?

All my drivers are up to date so I don't think that's the issue.

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit

Okay, this issue might take some time, I can not help a lot with that, so you will have to wait for devs' answer I guess (unless you try to find out by yourself).
Can you run a DxDiag and post it ?

I think the issue is this one!

with

Code: Select all

<Rendering>
  <DisableInstancing>true</DisableInstancing>
</Rendering>
However you should prefer updating your graphics drivers because the workaround actually slows down the game a bit.
It happens with laptops (HP laptops mostly) who'se drivers are no longer actively supported.

Hope it helps!
