You are wellcome to use it. I made it for myself, after i couldn't find something similar on the internets. And thought "why not share it with fellow Reus players".

http://reuscalc-reusapp.rhcloud.com/

It will allow you to see what abilities and natural sources will be available to you for any ambassador distribution.

Also, i've stolen static from Reus wiki and i'm unsure if that ok with develepers or not. Please contact me if you want me to remove it.

That's some good application :) Thanks !
Useful more for experienced player though imo, because we need to know what are the characteristics of natural sources :)

Nice little app. =] Would it be possible to add links within the images that link to the wiki pages of the natural resource? This way one could check whether it's useful to build a spec if he's unsure about the natural sources. We also have to link to this app somewhere in the wiki.

I intend to add either wiki links, or detailed tooltips. While wiki links are fairly easy to implement i would prefer tooltips since they are much more convenient to use. But they are also harder to implement. Either way, wiki links or tooltips will appear soon.

And what about tooltips of wiki content? ;-) For example showing those info boxes that are already available at the wiki. But I guess this would be even harder to implement.

That's how i wanted tooltips to work. But, unfortunately, i can't do this without some work done on the wiki-side code. And since i don't want to bother AbbyGames with this i'll make them in a different manner.

Hm... is there really no easy way to do this on the client side? I could image something like calling a wiki site with a http GET request (like http://wiki.reusgame.com/index.php?titl ... eberry/doc). Then using the response html to search for a specific DOM element within the body (like body-element or something like this). This element then could be sued to fill the tooltip. But that's just my naive approach, I don't know what you acutally used to create the app and whether it's actually possible to do this easily.

The problem is the "Same-origin policy", which restricts cross-domain requests. There is a workaround, but it requires a certain support from a third-party site to work.

Though i'm not proficient in web programming and might be missing something. I'm still looking into how to get html from wiki and will implement wiki tooltips if i figure out how to do this.

Ah yeah, right, forgot about that policy. Also had to deal with it in a prior project. Then forget what I said. =]

Added detailed tooltips for the Natural Sources. Except for Kiwifruit and Pangolin. Seems like their descriptions on wiki are inaccurate. I'll add the tooltips for those as soon as i get the accurate data.

Also, take note that it is possible that those two sources' accessibility may be calculated wrong for the same reason.
