The only balance changes are the one in the gameplay tab:
Diamond- Ideal Pressure: +100 wealth if there are 2 Plants within 2 range of this Diamond, and +100 Wealth if there are 2 Minerals within 2 range of this Diamond.

the patch notes say some specialization were fixed,i'm curious to hear what was fixed...

If you issued an order and immediately issued the same order again as the animation started (but before the cooldown was triggered), the giant would perform the both orders. The exploitive part of this was the fact, that after the first was finished and the second started, the cooldown for the skill was removed for the rest of the game.

The medical equipment of the Hospital, if I recall correctly. It was no rebalance, just that it wasn't doing what it said it was doing.

Is it correct that the Crystal aspect of Ocean at level 1 still has 75%/25% chance for Lesser/Potent? At least it says so in the tooltip; the other tooltips all say 67/33...

When you have a village which completed a mill project and starts a Hamlet, in the Hamlet description it still says "This civilizations has decided to start a mill project."

I had this happen twice in two separate games.
