Which Biome is your favorite?

I'll hold off naming my favorite till after having played a few more hours and having earned some more developments. Just wondering what you guys think.

Personally, I'm a kind of a desert man. I especially love Platinum and the Cardon Cactus.

I mean, it's like a tree, made of cactus!

Haha that ocean village is great. So far, my favorite is the Swamp, then Forest. I just like how it all looks and having the Mad Scientist turn most humans into zombies is just fun.

I like them all, but swamp(can't get enough marble and willows!) is first, next ocean, then desert, mountain and forest.

I didn't take a good look at that cactus picture before. That thing is amazing!

Mathematically, desert/mountain or ocean win - since Swamp and Forest can't blanket an entire map, any swamp or forest-dependent synergy has to be ~ 1.5 times as good as a desert, mountain, or ocean-dependent synergy to produce the same total prosperity (assuming 4 2-project villages, a desert map has 76 tiles to work with, while a forest map only has 52).

I like the desert biome because it doesn't require an ocean to make, and a forest can be formed out of it if you put an ocean next to it.
