"No! You British Bore! Brazilian coffee beats English Tea! Everyone knows the English can't cook and that includes making coffee!" Pedrinho argued heatedly with Charles.
Charles stuck up his nose, put his chest forward in his signature pose and looked condescendingly to Pedrinho.
"I'll have you know that we, the refined and cultured English people, have been making delicacies with resources from all over the world. Tea is far better than coffee as everyone with half a brain knows."
“I have to agree with Pedrinho here Charles, the English can’t cook. French cuisine is the height of cooking and even though you English try to use it as a base you still fail to put anything tasty forward.” Victor interceded quite aggressively while leaning on his rapier.
All of a sudden a very fast projectile hit the tip of his rapier that had been resting on the floor, sending Victor almost sprawling to the floor.
“Oh pardon silly me! I was aiming for that nasty and slimy snail on the floor. Thought you might want to have it as a snack.” Harry apologized oh so whole-heartedly.
Bia snorted at that. “I’ll never understand how snails are ‘cuisine’, but at least their pastries are tasty. Truth to be told, I am more of a fan of English tea than Brazilian coffee as well. Everyone knows though, that Greece is where democracy and other truly refined ideas were founded.”
“Why thank you Bia. Finally! Someone who has taste!” Charles exclaimed while Pedrinho fumed while glaring at Bia. Harry grinned and Victor decided he could forgive the snail comment.
Pedrinho turned around to the rest of the explorers calmly relaxing after a shared explorers society dinner.
“Is there seriously no one that will back me up against these… Europeans?!”
Silence reigned until Earl sighed.
“We’re never going to hear the end of this if we don’t settle this AGAIN huh? How many times are you nationalists gonna whine about this anyway.” Earl muttered to himself.
Pedrinho cheered: “You’re going down Europeans!”

Your score is your Renown
- BRONZE: 3000 Renown (1MP*)
- SILVER: 8000 Renown (2MP*)
- GOLD: 13000 Renown (3MP*)
- PLATINUM: 18000 Renown (3MP+**)
Gold and Platinum medals may only be achieved without losing, though Silver and Bronze are still possible to get with just the Record sheet for that trip.
** The platinum medal is extraordinary and can only be achieved on Classic or Impossible difficulty without losing. It doesn't increase Medal Points further than a Gold medal, but we will track how many you have.
